Just north of Lille is a small city known for two things - the Paris-Roubaix bicycle race on the cobbles - and an amazing former aquatic center LaPiscine. They have preserved the amazing cermmics in the old pool plunge and integrated a world class art museum within. It is breathtaking - the building is an amzing work of art itself.
