Along the Øresund, there are a set of amazing cities and town in southern Sweden. Landskrona is an excellent example of one. Small enough to be easy to visit and get around in, but important enough to have a fortress with a nice moat as well as an amazing water tower. Not all is that old - the water tower is from the early 20th century - but still beautiful. There are art studios in the buildings that surround the fortress as well as a sculpture garden.
